Orders are created and shipped from a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have multiple locations, so your order may be completed in the most efficient way possible, no matter where you are located. You should expect your order to arrive in 7-12 business days. Order tracking is provided.
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, as these items are created specifically for you, however if there is a serious problem, please contact us right away here. Refunds are only given in the event that an item is wrong (in production) or damaged (during shipping). Please make sure to contact us right away!
